How to shoot it
  1. Step 1

    Shoot the wind-up

A lacrosse shot is fast. Burst as they wind up and hold through the release. The frame you keep is the stick fully back.

  2. Step 2

    Ground balls are a scramble

Two players, one ball, sticks low. Get low yourself and burst through it. One frame will have the ball and the face together.

  3. Step 3

    The face-off repeats

If your kid takes face-offs, you get another try after every goal. Frame them crouched over the ball and burst on the whistle.

Pro tip
