Shoot the look up
After the touch, every swimmer turns to the scoreboard. That face, finding their time, is the frame. Keep bursting.
- Step 2
Relays happen at the edge
In a relay, teammates crowd the end of the lane, shouting at the swimmer coming in. From the stands, frame the end of their lane with the whole team in.
Pro tip
Every swimmer looks at the board after the touch. Be ready.
