Where to sit: front row, mat level
Sit as close to the mat as the gym allows, on the side where their coach sits.
How to shoot it

The side their coach sits
A match turns all over the mat, but wrestlers keep looking to their own corner. Sit near it, and they face you more than they face anyone else.
- Step 2
Get down to the mat
Wrestling happens on the floor. From the top of the bleachers you shoot backs. In the front row, low, the faces are in the frame.
- Step 3
Gym light needs help
Hold burst through the move and keep the flash off. Tap your wrestler to lock the exposure.
